Hotel Modrzewiówka *** carries out payments using the Polish Tourist Voucher 500+. Payment will apply to all offers available at the hotel. We encourage you to read the rules for redeeming vouchers!
To use the voucher:

Register for an individual Electronic Services Platform (PUE) account at Social Insurance Institution (ZUS).

Activate the Polish Tourist Voucher in the same Electronic Services Platform (PUE).

You will receive a 16-digit code via SMS, which will constitute a voucher.

When making a reservation at the hotel, please inform that part of the settlement will be carried out using a voucher.

When making the payment (before or during the stay), the receptionist will ask for a 16-digit voucher and the amount that you want to pay with the voucher. After the receptionist has entered the voucher in the ZUS application, you will receive a PIN code by SMS, which must be provided to the receptionist. It is worth remembering that you will receive the PIN at the telephone number indicated by the registration with Electronic Services Platform (PUE) Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) - in order to pay with a voucher, you must therefore have access to the telephone indicated in Electronic Services Platform (PUE) Social Insurance Institution (ZUS).

The receptionist will confirm the transaction or ask for it to be repeated in the event of an unsuccessful attempt.

You can only check the remaining amount for your voucher. This can be checked by logging into your own Electronic Services Platform (PUE) Social Insurance Institution (ZUS)
Importantly, the voucher can be used from August 1, paying only for the stay for the child for which the voucher was issued. If you decide to stay without a child - you will not be able to use the payment voucher.
